Well I am ready to get my book published!
I cannot believe this day has come, been such a journey but one well worth travelling.
My wonderful daughter, Emma, has performed her magic and taken my story, images and rough layout and changed it into an actual book!
Trying to decide how best to move forward now I have the finished book ready.....
So many options to consider!
1. Go ahead and get hard copies printed now.
2. Publish on Amazon and IngramSpark, and order an Authors copy to make sure it is right.
3. Go all out and put it on Amazon, IngramSpark, Etsy and get the hard copies done so I have my books ready.
As I have paid for the ISBN numbers myself and registered them via Vektor Publishing, I can choose where to put my books without having restriction had I just published with Amazon for example (which I did with my first book 'Business Plan for Small Businesses'.
Such a big decision, given the costs involved. I am sure all authors have to consider these things and they may or may not have made the right choice first time. But I guess we have come this far, so going for Option 1 makes the most financial sense but gosh I can't wait to hold a hard copy in my hand!
Well I will sleep on it tonight and make the decision tomorrow morning.
